The minimum period for a car rental is 1 month and the maximum is as long as you want by paying a monthly fee.

• Choose the button labelled, “Pick A Car”.
• Choose the preferred car type from the results list.
• Fill in the pick-up location, pick a date and time range for the vehicle and your personal details.
• At the end of the process you have to read and accept Terms & Conditions and approve the payment amount.
  • If you choose a free sell car group you will be redirected to the payment form.
  • If you choose an on request car group, you will be contacted by one of our agents for car availability and payment process.

Reservations for groups that are "On Request”, are processed by one of our agents in accordance with the booking details you entered.

• If the car group is available, our agent will contact you to arrange payment and pick-up details.

• If the car group is not available our agent will contact you to propose an alternative car group and arrange payment and pick-up details.

The rental period begins on the pick-up date and the next monthly charge will be processed automatically on the same date of the next month.

E.g. If the rental period begins on January 15th, the next charge will be processed automatically on February 15^th, unless we receive a cancelation request and the car is returned.

Monthly payments will be processed automatically through your credit card data.

When you complete your reservation, you prepay the first monthly fee, as well as a two-month fee, which is considered as a deposit.

E.g. I f the rental cost is 100€/month, at the time of reservation you will prepay 100€ + (2 X 100€) = 300€.

The deposit is equal to 2 monthly payments and must be returned after the completion of the 18th month of the rental period and when you return the vehicle (at the end of the rental). If you terminate the rental prior to the 18 months, the deposit is withheld.

If you cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the pick-up date, the full amount (monthly rental and advance payment) will be refunded.

A cancellation charge of €40 +VAT applies when a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of pickup.

For reservation amendment or cancelation, you have to contact us.

If there is no notice, the prepaid amount will be refunded, reduced by the no show fee of €50 plus VAT.

You can change the car model with a similar one, subject to availability and at no extra cost, up to 2 times during the rental period. The minimum period between changes is 3 months.
